The Lifetime Powertrain Coverage covers most new AND pre-owned vehicles from the current year to 10-model-years-old with less than 100,000 miles at the time of purchase.
The Lifetime Powertrain Coverage is valid for as long as you own the vehicle - for an unlimited time and unlimited miles.
There is no cost to you! We're trying to build "Customers for Life," so the Lifetime Powertrain Coverage comes standard with every qualifying new and pre-owned vehicle and is included at no extra charge.
No. The Lifetime Powertrain Coverage stays with you as long as you own the vehicle and it is in operable condition. The coverage does not transfer.
The Lifetime Powertrain Coverage is valid in the United States and Canada.
The major systems will be covered; including engine, transmission, drivetrain, and cooling & fuel systems. This coverage is not related to the manufacturer coverage and is over & above your manufacturer's warranty. No extra maintenance is required; simply follow the scheduled maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer. Our award-winning service departments at Tom Wood will certainly exceed your expectations and maintain your records electronically. To maintain the Lifetime Powertrain Coverage, you must provide copies of your service records in the event you have a mechanical failure.
Absolutely not, but we recommend that you call the administrator of the program to get pre-authorization to make sure the repair facility you will be visiting is an approved ASE Certified shop.
Yes. You must call the administrator of the program to get pre-authorization before any work can be performed. If you fail to get authorization, your claim could be restricted or denied.
There are no catches, hidden fees, or gimmicks! The Tom Wood Automotive Group provides this coverage as an added value to our customers for doing business with us. The only "catch" is that you have to buy your vehicle from our dealership group to qualify.

MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS:
It is the owner's responsibility to maintain and service the covered vehicle according to the service and maintenance scheduled published by the manufacturer of the vehicle. Owner must perform all scheduled maintenance for this Limited Vehicle Service Agreement to remain in effect. If owner fails to maintain vehicle according to the service and maintenance schedule published by the manufacturer of the vehicle and owner's failure to maintain the vehicle is a cause of the mechanical failure, the claim will be restricted or denied.
